Return & Refund Policy
At Caltoor, we believe in only selling high-quality products that provide our customers great value at reasonable prices. Furthermore, every time you buy a product through us you get the comfort to check the product before paying us. This allows you to check any size, color, manufacturing defects, etc in the product and return it at the spot in case you are dissatisfied.
Even with that safeguard in place, if you find any faults in the product in the first 10 days of the product received, you can send us an email / WhatsApp with your invoice and we will be sure to pick the product up from your address and offer you to return it for full refund or exchange it with some other product.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, your item must be in the original packaging, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we received your “returned item”, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message confirming the receipt of the item. It is necessary to include a valid WhatsApp number and an eligible email for completion of returns policy.
Exchanges
Exchange will be applicable against the products which are available in the stock. Difference in price value will be charged at the time of exchange of products. No exchange or return will be applicable during SALE promotion period. Exchange can only be made once sales period ends. Exchange for Sales items will be applicable on size and colors only.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive the product & inspect it. And let you know If your return is approved or not, if it’s approved we will initiate a refund to your account, it may take 7 working days for us to process the payment.
Note: Customer will have to bear the cost of shipping for returns & exchanges.
